A unique sausage with a distinct green hue. Our Chorizo Verde is made with Berkshire pork and lots of fresh cilantro, green chiles and coriander. A mild sausage that has more flavor than heat. 

Each 10 pound case contains two 5 pound units. 

Additional Description

• Ground (bulk) sausage made with Berkshire pork
• Unique flavor and color works in a  range of breakfast, lunch and dinner options
• Cook in the oven and slice for an entree presentation 
• Cook in a pan and crumble for adding to dishes

• Keep frozen until ready to use
• Defrost and cook to an internal temperature of 165° F
