Extremely hard to locate, our Guanciale is perfect for slicing thin al crudo for those beautiful charcuterie boards or for dicing up and using in that Carbonara recipe you have been dying to try or take to the next level!

Our Guanciale is unsmoked and cured for days with salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, fennel, cloves, and anise! With a stronger flavor than pancetta, it is an essential ingredient in traditional Italian dishes like bucatini all 'amatriciana, and spaghetti alla carbonara.
